November 6, 2024
On November 6, 2024, the TRACE project held a productive online plenary meeting, bringing together project partners from across Europe to review the progress of key deliverables and align on next steps toward the completion of work package tasks.
The meeting was crucial in ensuring that the TRACE project stays on track for its M18 deadline.. The plenary session featured updates from each Work Package (WP) leader, with a focus on the status of deliverables and the roadmap to finalize them. These included essential areas such as data management, platform design and integration, infrastructure, and business opportunities.
Key highlights included:
WP1 (Project Coordination) led by NKUA, providing an overview of the project’s overall progress.
Updates on D1.3 Data Management Plan, D3.1 Report on Reference Architecture, and the TRACE platform’s alpha release.
Insight into synchromodal operations, security schemes, and regulatory frameworks for successful deployment.
A session on business barriers and opportunities, as well as the exploration of the large-scale demonstration activities ahead.
Each Work Package leader provided concise updates, and deliverable editors shared the current status, progress made so far, and the remaining steps to ensure a smooth submission process by the end of the month.
This collaborative meeting once again demonstrated the strength of our diverse, multidisciplinary team and the ongoing dedication of all partners involved. We look forward to the continued success of the project as we move closer to achieving the ambitious goals of TRACE in revolutionizing smart and sustainable transport solutions for logistics.
