TRACE at ERF 2025: Dissemination Activities at the European Robotics Forum

Stuttgart, Germany – 25–27 March 2025

The TRACE project was presented at the European Robotics Forum (ERF) 2025, held in Stuttgart, Germany. As one of Europe’s largest and most influential events in the field of robotics, ERF 2025 attracted over 10,700 attendees, including students, researchers, experts, and members of the general public.

TRACE was represented by project partner Robotnik, who hosted a dedicated booth at the event. As part of TRACE’s dissemination activities, Robotnik shared information about the project’s aims, ongoing developments, and potential applications in the field of logistics. Visitors to the booth received informational leaflets and had the opportunity to engage in discussions with Robotnik’s team about the project’s innovative approach to autonomous navigation, safety, and intelligent robotic systems.

The decision to participate in ERF 2025 was driven by the forum’s focus on cutting-edge robotics and its relevance to TRACE’s goals. The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with a broad audience, including those interested in logistics automation, a key application area for TRACE.

TRACE addresses important challenges in logistics through the development of advanced robotics technologies that support efficient, flexible, and safe operations. Presenting the project at ERF allowed Robotnik to engage directly with potential stakeholders, researchers, and industry professionals, many of whom expressed interest in TRACE’s potential to optimize logistics workflows and reduce operational costs.
