Vigo, Spain – 10–14 February 2025
The TRACE project was presented at the JAI 2025 Conference (Jornadas sobre Tecnologías y Soluciones para la Automatización Industrial y Robótica), held in Vigo, Spain. The event gathered around 2,000 participants, including students, researchers, and professionals from the fields of automation and robotics.
TRACE was featured at the Robotnik booth, where informational leaflets were distributed and project representatives were available to provide insights into the project’s objectives, technologies, and current developments. This activity was part of TRACE’s broader dissemination and outreach efforts aimed at engaging with both the academic and industrial communities.
Participation in JAI 2025 was selected as an opportunity to connect with an audience particularly interested in robotics applications in logistics, which is a key focus area for TRACE. The project addresses challenges such as autonomous navigation, safety, and environmental interaction in logistics environments, all of which were topics of relevance at the conference.
Attendees expressed interest in TRACE’s approach to improving logistics processes through robotics, especially in terms of efficiency, flexibility, and integration of advanced autonomous systems. The event also provided a space for dialogue with potential stakeholders and collaborators.
