TRACE Presented to the Pleiades AI Ecosystem During Dedicated Online Dissemination Event

On 20 July 2026, TRACE was presented to members of the Pleiades ecosystem (We Are Pleiades – Your Ecosystem for the AI Era), during a dedicated online dissemination event organised by UniSystems. The session, held via Microsoft Teams, brought together 25 participants from the AI and digital innovation community to explore the project’s vision, technological innovations and real-world pilot demonstrations.

The event aimed to introduce the TRACE project to the wider Pleiades ecosystem (We Are Pleiades – Your Ecosystem for the AI Era), fostering knowledge exchange and highlighting the project’s contribution to smarter, more collaborative and sustainable logistics.

The presentation was structured around three key sessions:

  • Project Overview: The TRACE Project Coordinator – NKUA introduced the project’s overall vision, objectives and key achievements, providing participants with an overview of the innovative technologies and collaborative logistics concepts developed throughout the project.
  • Greek Pilot Demonstration: ACS presented the Greek pilot, showcasing how the TRACE platform has been validated in real operational conditions. The presentation highlighted the pilot’s contribution to improving logistics efficiency, resilience and sustainability through intelligent route planning, collaborative transport operations and advanced digital services.
  • Additionally, UniSystems presented the organisation’s role within the project, outlining its technical contributions to the development of the TRACE platform and its support in delivering innovative digital solutions that enable interoperable, data-driven logistics services.

The event provided an excellent opportunity to engage with members of the AI community, exchange knowledge and demonstrate how TRACE technologies can support the future of intelligent freight transport and collaborative logistics ecosystems.
